We casually visit Rolex stores every day. They come in a variety of forms, including department stores, street stores, and watch shops. However, none of them are directly managed, but are sold by different operating companies and wholesalers. These are called "authorized dealers," and each of these chains exists.
Naturally, the watches are manufactured in Switzerland, but the watches are distributed to each country, and in the case of Japan, they are delivered to Rolex Japan. From there, they are sold to authorized dealers that have a sales contract with Rolex Japan, and the watches are then allocated to the authorized dealers operated by each company.
