In short, assume a minimum amount that will absolutely not result in loss .

From that minimum amount, we deduct various expenses such as rent and labor costs, as well as profits, and present the final purchase price to the customer. Of course, this is only natural, as we are not volunteers.

Please come to our store with the item you wish to trade in (including accessories, such as warranty, box, repair details, etc.) and identification (driver's license, passport, etc.).

*Please bring a valid form of identification that has a photo and can prove your current address.
*If the conditions are not met (in the case of a health insurance card or passport), additional supporting documentation that can prove your current address (such as a utility bill receipt in your name) will be required.

We will inspect the watch in store and give you an estimate.
Step 03 Purchase (trade-in)

If you agree with the appraisal results and the contents of the purchase receipt, we will pay you in cash once you have electronically signed the purchase receipt and submitted identification documents.

For high-value items, we may transfer the money within two bank business days.

Step 04 Purchase (trade-in)

If you are satisfied with the final appraisal result, we will send you a purchase receipt by email. After you electronically sign the purchase receipt and upload your identification documents, we will transfer the money to your specified account once we have confirmed the receipt.

*If you are unable to submit an electronic signature or upload identity verification documents (EKYC), we will need to communicate in writing separately, which may take some time.

Points to note when purchasing (trading in)

・When contacting us by email or LINE, please fill in as much information as you know about the watch model, part number, whether or not it comes with accessories, its condition, etc.
-For antique or older watches, it may take some time to check the watch itself and its internal mechanism.
・We do not handle counterfeit products.
・We may refuse watches that are difficult for us to judge.

When searching online for information on buying and selling watches, you will see many advertisements such as "Japan's highest purchase price" and "We will buy at the highest price!" Although many people know this in their hearts, it is no exaggeration to say that most of these advertisements are exaggerated.
Stores that post examples of their purchases often use the highest price they have paid in the past as the example.
