Flow of sales of consignment

We will explain the process of our original sales system, "Deposit Sales."



  • Visit us or send us your items by mail

    Step 01 Visit us or send us your item by mail

    We accept both in-store and mail orders.
    Please let us know as much information as possible about the watch you wish to sell (brand name, model name, product number, whether or not it has accessories, condition, etc.).

  • Explanation of assessment details and price consultation

    Step 02: Explanation of the assessment details and price negotiation

    After checking the watch itself and each accessory, we will present you with our store selling price and the amount to be handed over to you. (It may take some time to confirm.) If you are not satisfied with the amount, we will return the watch promptly. In addition, for customers who are unable to come to the store, we will return the watch to you at our expense.

  • Formal request for custody

    Step 03Conclusion of deposit contract

    If you are satisfied with the proposed price, we will formally process the item (sign the contract and submit identification documents).
    Please note that we will not accept returns for at least one month after the contract is signed. After one month has passed, we will contact you to confirm your intention to return or continue selling.

    *If a watch is deemed to require repair, we will keep it for at least one month, starting from the date it is returned from our affiliated workshop.

    We will display the watches we have entrusted to you on our website and other companies' websites.

    The watches we have received will be displayed in our store.

    Step 06 Purchase (if a buyer is found)

    Once we find a buyer, we will purchase the item. After that, we will move on to the purchase procedure (signing the contract and submitting identification documents).

    You can choose to pay by cash or bank transfer. (You can change the payment method from the one you decided when you deposited the item to the one you decided when you sold it.) However, for high-value items, it may take several days for payment to be made. Please note this in advance.

Storage period

We will not accept returns for one month after the contract is signed.
After one month has passed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to return the product or continue selling it.
*If a watch is deemed to require repair, we will keep it for one month, counting from the date it is returned from our affiliated workshop. *Please acknowledge the above contents when you make the contract to keep the watch, and we will ask you to sign a consent form.

Points to note when selling on deposit

  • -Watches that our company determines to have a current market value of less than 1 million yen cannot be sold on consignment.
  • ・We do not handle counterfeit products.
  • ・We may refuse to accept watches that are difficult for us to judge. (We cannot answer any questions regarding the criteria for judgment.)
  • ・Confirmation with the manufacturer may be required.
  • Depending on the watch, it may take several days to assess it.
  • ・We cannot accept any returns within one month of receipt.
  • ・We cannot accept concurrent sales at other stores, online auctions, etc.
  • After three months (90 days) have passed since the initial deposit, we may return the item at our discretion, even if the customer expresses their intention to continue keeping it.
  • ・We will notify you when the item is returned. If you wish to use our store sales service again, you will need to enter into a new contract.

If the product is found to be counterfeit, we will charge an appraisal fee of 10,000 yen (excluding tax).
