"COMMIT OFFICIAL CLUB" Terms of Service
Point Service Terms and Conditions
Commit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will provide a point service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") to customers who purchase or sell products at stores and mail-order businesses operated by the Company (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Store") in accordance with these Point Service Terms and Conditions.
Article 1 (COMMIT OFFICIAL CLUB Membership Registration)
1. We reserve the right to refuse membership applications from individuals whose membership has been previously revoked or from others whom we deem unsuitable.
2. When registering, please carefully review the input instructions and enter the required information into the designated form. Please ensure that your registration is based on true and accurate information.
Our company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, except in cases where such damages are attributable to Commit Ginza.
3. Only residents of Japan are eligible to register as members. Furthermore, registration under a company name is not permitted.
Article 2 (Service Recipients)
This service is available to customers who have joined the COMMIT OFFICIAL CLUB.
Article 3 (Changes to Registration Information)
If there are any changes to the information you registered as a member (hereinafter referred to as "Registered Information"), please update your Registered Information as soon as possible.
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a member due to the failure to update their registration information, except in cases where such damages are attributable to our negligence.
Furthermore, even if changes are made, transactions that have already been processed before the changes will be conducted based on the information prior to the changes.
Article 4 (Points awarded and validity period upon purchase or sale of goods)
1. We will award points to customers who purchase or sell products at our store.
2. The conditions for receiving points are as follows:
[1] Points will be awarded within 24 hours of the conclusion of the sales contract for the product.
[2] If the sales contract for the goods is not retroactively concluded, the points will be invalid.
[3] Points will be forfeited if there is a cancellation or return.
[4] If there are any changes to the order, the number of points to be awarded will be recalculated.
[5] Points will not be awarded for using service coupons listed in the points exchange list.
3. Points are valid for two years from the date of the last transaction. If a new transaction is completed and points are awarded before the expiration date, the expiration date will be two years from that date.
If the expiration date passes, all awarded points will be forfeited.
4. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 4, paragraph 3, the expiration date of points granted under Article 4, paragraph 1 may be determined at the discretion of the Company.
Article 5 (Point Award and Expiration Date in Campaigns and Events)
We may award points to customers who participate in campaigns and events at our store. The number of points awarded and the conditions for such awards will be announced on our website from time to time.
For customers who are not members of the COMMIT OFFICIAL CLUB on the day of the transaction, points will be awarded retroactively if you join within 7 days after the transaction.
If you do not subscribe by the designated period, you will not be eligible for the benefits under any circumstances.
Article 6 (Use of Points)
You can choose and use your points for items from the point exchange list. However, points cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Points can be exchanged for various gift certificates (¥10,000, ¥20,000, ¥30,000 discounts) and can be used when purchasing products from the day after the points are awarded.
No change will be given under any circumstances.
*For other items, points can be used on the day of purchase.
If we are required to refund your payment due to order changes, cancellations, returns, or stock shortages, we will prioritize returning points used for the purchase over cash.
Article 7 (Checking Point Balance)
You can check your point balance in the following sections.
- After logging in via the "Login" button at the top of the Commit Ginza homepage, you can check your points via the "Check Points" button.
Article 8 (Use of points by third parties)
Members are responsible for managing their account ID and password, including changing them regularly to prevent them from being known to others.
In the unlikely event that your COMMIT OFFICIAL CLUB ID and password are used by a third party, if it is confirmed that they match the registered information, it will be considered as use by you, and the points used will not be refunded.
Even if a member's account is used by a third party other than the member due to theft, misuse, or other circumstances, we will not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom, except in cases where the cause is attributable to our negligence.
Article 9 (Prohibition of Transfer of Points, etc.)
Customers may not allow others to use, transfer, assign rights to, or share points they possess with other members.
Furthermore, it cannot be inherited.
Article 10 (Suspension of Service)
If a customer falls under any of the following categories, we may suspend the service and cancel all or part of the points the customer holds.
- When fraudulent activity occurs, or when we deem it inappropriate - When damage is caused to our store - When a member engages in conduct that violates laws or these terms and conditions
Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)
Our company will handle personal information obtained from members regarding their use of member services appropriately in accordance with our personal information protection policy (details below).

Article 12 (Information about our services)
By joining the COMMIT OFFICIAL CLUB, you are deemed to have agreed to receive communications from our company (via email).
If you do not need it, please contact us immediately and let us know that you do not need it.
Even if you suffer damage as a result of information provided by our company, we will not be held liable unless the damage is attributable to Commit Ginza's negligence.
Article 13 (Disclaimer)
We assume no responsibility whatsoever for the following matters, regardless of the reason.
(1) Compensation for damages, disadvantages, etc. incurred as a result of using or being unable to use the service. (2) Compensation for damages, disadvantages, etc. caused by interruptions, delays, suspensions, data loss, unauthorized access to data, etc. due to failures in communication lines, computer systems, etc. (3) Compensation for damages, disadvantages, etc. caused by use by third parties.
Article 14 (Amendment of the Regulations)
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions to a reasonable extent. However, we will notify you in advance on our website when we make any changes to these terms and conditions.
Article 15 (Termination of Service)
Our company may terminate the service by giving prior notice to customers. Even if you have a point balance at the time of service termination, all points will expire immediately upon termination of the service.
