You will receive points whether you buy or sell! When a sale is completed, you will receive 1 point for every 10,000 yen (excluding tax). You can use the points to exchange for valuable items. *Due to system limitations, it may take up to 24 hours for points to be awarded.

Points Service Terms and Conditions
Commit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") will provide a points service (hereinafter referred to as "the service") to customers who purchase or sell products at stores and mail order stores operated by our company (hereinafter collectively referred to as "our store") in accordance with these point service terms and conditions.
Article 1 (COMMIT OFFICIAL CLUB Membership Registration)
1. We may refuse membership applications from individuals whose membership has been revoked in the past or who we deem unsuitable.
2. When registering, please carefully read the input instructions and enter the required information in the designated form. Please register with true and accurate information.
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by customers due to false, incorrect, or missing information in the information, except in cases where the cause is attributable to Commit Ginza.
3. Only those residing in Japan can register as members. Furthermore, membership registration under the name of a company is not permitted.
Article 2 (Service recipients)
This service is available to customers who have joined the COMMIT OFFICIAL CLUB.
Article 3 (Changes to registered information)
If there are any changes to the information you have registered as a member (hereinafter referred to as "Registered Information"), please update your Registered Information promptly.
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a member due to failure to update registered information, except in cases where the cause is attributable to our company.
Furthermore, even if changes are made, transactions that have already been processed before the changes will be carried out based on the information before the changes.
Article 4 (Points awarded upon purchase or sale and expiration date)
1. We will award points to customers who purchase or sell products at our store.
2. The conditions for awarding points are as follows:
[1] Points will be awarded within 24 hours after the purchase contract is concluded.
[2] If the sales contract for the product is not established retroactively, the points will be invalid.
[3] If a product is cancelled or returned, the points will be invalid.
[4] If there are any changes to your order, the points to be awarded will be recalculated.
[5] Points will not be awarded for the use of service coupons listed in the point exchange list.
3. Points expire two years after the last transaction. If a new transaction is completed and points are awarded before the expiration date, the points will expire two years from that date.
If the expiration date is reached, all points awarded will be forfeited.
4. The expiration date of points granted under Article 4, paragraph 1 may be determined at the discretion of the Company, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 4, paragraph 3.
Article 5 (Points awarded and expiration date for campaigns and events)
We may award points to customers who participate in campaigns or events at our store. In such cases, the number of points awarded and the conditions will be announced on our website from time to time.
For customers who are not members of the COMMIT OFFICIAL CLUB on the day of the transaction, points will be awarded retroactively if they join within seven days of the transaction.
If you do not join by the applicable period, you will not be eligible for the benefit under any circumstances.
Article 6 (Use of points)
You can choose any item you like from the point exchange list and use it. However, points cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Points can be exchanged for various gift certificates (¥10,000, ¥20,000, ¥30,000 discounts) when purchasing products from the day after points are awarded.
No change will be given under any circumstances.
*For other items, points can be used on the day of purchase.
When we need to refund you due to an order change or cancellation, return, or out-of-stock item, we will refund the points you used in preference to cash.
Article 7 (Checking point balance)
You can check your points balance from the following:
・After logging in using the "Login" button at the top of the Commit Ginza homepage, you can check your points using the "Check Points" button.
Article 8 (Use of points by third parties)
Members are responsible for managing their account IDs and passwords, including changing them regularly to prevent them from being known to others.
In the unlikely event that your COMMIT OFFICIAL CLUB ID and password are used by a third party, if it is confirmed that they match the registered ones, it will be considered to have been used by you and any points used will not be refunded.
Even if a member's account is used by a third party other than the member due to theft, fraudulent use, or other circumstances, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom unless there is a reason attributable to our company.
Article 9 (Prohibition of Transfer of Points)
Customers may not allow others to use, transfer, or transfer rights to their points, or share points with other members.
It also cannot be inherited.
Article 10 (Suspension of Service)
If any of the following applies to you, we may suspend the service and cancel all or part of your points.
・When there is fraudulent activity or when our company deems it inappropriate ・When damage is caused to our store ・When a member violates laws and regulations or these terms
Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)
We will handle personal information obtained in connection with members' use of member services appropriately in accordance with our Personal Information Protection Policy (contents below).

Article 12 (Service Information)
By joining the COMMIT OFFICIAL CLUB, you are deemed to have agreed to receive information from our company (via email).
If you do not need it, please contact us immediately and let us know that you do not need it.
Even if a customer suffers damage as a result of information provided by our company, we shall not be liable unless the damage is attributable to Commit Ginza.
Article 13 (Disclaimer)
We shall not be liable for any of the following matters, regardless of the reason:
(1) Compensation for damages, disadvantages, etc. caused by using or being unable to use the service. (2) Compensation for damages, disadvantages, etc. caused by interruption, delay, or suspension of service, loss of data, or unauthorized access to data due to failure of communication lines, computer systems, etc. (3) Compensation for damages, disadvantages, etc. caused by use by a third party.
Article 14 (Changes to Terms)
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions to a reasonable extent. However, when we make any changes to the terms and conditions, we will notify you in advance on our website.
Article 15 (Termination of Service)
The Company may terminate the Service by notifying the Customer in advance. Even if there are points remaining at the time of termination of the Service, all points will expire immediately upon termination of the Service.
