Commit Ginza offers two ways to purchase (trade-in): in-store or by mail.

Purchase (trade-in) at the store
Purchase by mail (trade-in)
Please come to our store with the item you wish to trade in (including accessories, such as warranty, box, repair details, etc.) and identification (driver's license, passport, etc.).
*Please bring a valid form of identification that includes a photo and can prove your current address.
*If the conditions are not met (in the case of a health insurance card or passport), additional supporting documentation that can prove your current address (such as a utility bill receipt in your name) will be required.
We will inspect the watch in store and give you an estimate.
If you agree with the appraisal results and the contents of the purchase receipt, we will pay you in cash once you have electronically signed the purchase receipt and submitted identification documents.
For high-value items, we may transfer the money within two bank business days.

We will provide you with a rough estimate of the results.
If you are satisfied with the approximate appraisal result, please send the item to the address below. After receiving the item, we will check the condition of the watch, accessories, etc. [actual item] and inform you of the final appraisal result.
*If you request it, we will send you a delivery kit (containing an application form, cardboard box, and cushioning material).
*All shipping costs are free (we cover the shipping costs) .
If you are satisfied with the final appraisal result, we will send you a purchase receipt by email. After you electronically sign the purchase receipt and upload your identification documents, we will transfer the money to your specified account once we have confirmed the receipt.
*If you are unable to submit an electronic signature or upload identity verification documents (EKYC), we will need to communicate in writing separately, which may take some time.
If the product is found to be counterfeit, we will charge an appraisal fee of 10,000 yen (excluding tax).
