About Commit Ginza

Thorough customer-first approach

Thorough implementation of the "customer first" principle

Reasons why people choose Commit Ginza:
This lies in our thorough adherence to the principle of "customer first."
How do we achieve this?
Let me explain.

  • Buy high, sell low
  • Buy high, sell low

Reasons why we can achieve a "customer-first" approach

The presence of appraisers with ample experience

A watch appraiser is required to have the experience and ability to discern the current value of a watch.

Pricing a watch needs to be based on a multitude of information, including market trends as well as price differences depending on condition, the trends of brands and manufacturers, and changes in popularity and trends. How much you have looked at and studied watches is key.

Appraisers who neglect this will offer a price lower than the market value and miss out on the sale. They will also try to sell at a higher price and fail to sell, which will result in them losing the trust of customers and not getting more repeat customers, which will not produce good results.

Meanwhile, our appraisers are diligent and sincere in their interactions with customers. As a result, we have a repeat customer rate of over 80% and over 1,500 Google reviews (4.9 stars). Without needing to say too much, these are proof of our reliability and trust.

The presence of these appraisers is the main reason why we are able to realize our "customer first" policy.

Securing a route for buying and selling watches

To realize the "customer first" principle, it is necessary to "establish a stable management base." In other words, it is essential to "secure a route for buying and selling."

As mentioned above, our store is very popular with repeat customers and customers who have been introduced to us. We hear from customers every day saying, "I want to be notified when XX arrives in stock (I want to buy)," or "I want to let go of XX (I want to sell) depending on the market conditions." In this way, there are many needs for both "selling" and "buying" = "securing a buying and selling route" = establishing a stable business base.

Our original "holding and selling" system

A "holding sales" system to maximize customer profits.
This "consignment sale" is a system in which Commit Ginza uses the excellent customer data and sales power it has cultivated since its founding to search for a buyer, and once a buyer is found, the watch is purchased and payment is made.

This system, which has no inventory risk, maximizes the amount given to customers, making it essential for realizing a "customer first" policy.

A watch is a valuable asset for our customers, and each one is a special piece, with no two being exactly the same. Rather than selling it lightly, I believe you should consult with multiple stores and find one that will treat it with care. Of course, if you buy from a reliable and trustworthy store, you will undoubtedly find a watch that will last a lifetime. Choosing a store is not an easy task, but please feel free to consult with us first.
