Let us explain how we achieve this.
Watch appraisers are required to have the ability and experience to accurately assess the current market value of watches.
It is necessary to price watches based on a wealth of information, including market trends, price differences due to condition, brand and manufacturer trends, and changes in popularity and trends. How many watches an appraiser has seen and how much they have studied them is key.
Appraisers who neglect this will offer prices lower than the market value, missing out on purchases. Also, if they try to sell at a high price and fail, they will lose the customer's trust and won't gain repeat customers, leading to no positive outcomes.
On the other hand, our appraisers are diligent and genuinely dedicated to our customers. As a result, we have achieved a repeat customer rate exceeding 80% and over 2,000 Google reviews (4.9 stars). These figures, without needing much explanation, are surely proof of our 【safety】 and 【trust】.
This "presence of appraisers" is the primary reason why we achieve "Customer First."

To achieve "Customer First," it is necessary to "establish a stable management foundation." In other words, "securing buying and selling routes" is essential.
As mentioned earlier, our store serves a large number of repeat customers and customers introduced by others. We receive daily requests such as "I want to be contacted when XX arrives (I want to buy)" and "I want to sell XX depending on market conditions." In this way, having many needs for both "selling" and "buying" means "securing buying and selling routes," which leads to establishing a stable management foundation.
Our "consignment sale" system maximizes customer profit.
This "consignment sale" system uses Commit Ginza's valuable customer data and sales power, cultivated since its founding, to find potential buyers. Once a buyer is found, we purchase the watch and pay the customer.
This system, which has no inventory risk, can maximize the amount paid to customers, making it essential for achieving "Customer First."

As a professional soccer player, I have always strived for results on the pitch and burned with a passion for victory. From the J-League to the European stages in Germany and the Netherlands, I learned the truth that "compromise yields no results." Now, that field has shifted to "business," but my fundamental drive remains unchanged. I am not afraid to take on challenges and always look one step ahead, aiming to deliver experiences that exceed expectations. There is no compromise in the quality of service, speed, or sense of security. We believe that we are not just providers, but partners who create the future together. We will continue to evolve and remain the "preferred choice" for our customers.
