About Commit Ginza

Thorough customer-first policy

Thorough implementation of the "customer first" principle

Reasons why people choose Commit Ginza:
It is based on a thorough "customer first" policy.
How do you achieve that?
Let me explain.

Why we can achieve a "customer-first" approach

The presence of appraisers with extensive experience

Watch appraisers are required to have the experience and ability to discern the current value of a watch.

Pricing a watch requires a lot of information, including market trends, price differences depending on condition, trends among brands and manufacturers, and changes in popularity and trends. How much you have looked at and studied watches is key.

Appraisers who neglect this step will offer a price lower than the market value and miss out on the sale. They will also try to sell at a higher price and fail to sell, which will result in them losing the trust of their customers and not increasing the number of repeat customers, which will not produce good results.

Meanwhile, our appraisers are diligent and sincere in their interactions with customers. As a result, we have a repeat customer rate of over 80% and over 1,500 Google reviews (4.9 stars). These are proof of our reliability and trustworthiness, without needing to say too much.

The presence of these appraisers is the main reason why we are able to put the customer first.

Securing a route for buying and selling watches

To realize the "customer first" principle, it is necessary to "establish a stable management base." In other words, it is essential to "secure sales routes."

As mentioned above, our store receives a large number of repeat customers and customers who have been referred to us. We hear from customers every day saying things like, "I'd like to be notified when XX arrives in stock (I want to buy)," or "I'd like to let go of XX (I want to sell) depending on the market." In this way, there are many needs for both "selling" and "buying," which means "securing a buying and selling route" = establishing a stable business foundation.

Our original "custody sales" system

A "custody sales" system to maximize customer profits.
This "consignment sale" system is a system in which Commit Ginza uses the excellent customer data and sales power it has cultivated since its founding to search for potential buyers, and once a buyer is found, the watch is purchased and payment is made.

This system, which has no inventory risk, maximizes the amount of money delivered to customers, making it essential for realizing our "customer first" philosophy.

A watch is a valuable asset for our customers, and each one is a special piece, with no two being exactly alike. Rather than simply selling it, I believe you should consult with multiple stores and find one that will treat it with care. Of course, when you buy it, if you buy it from a reliable and trustworthy store, you will no doubt find a watch that will last a lifetime. Choosing a store is not easy, but please feel free to consult with us first.

As a professional soccer player, I always sought results on the pitch, burning with a burning desire to win. I played in the J.League and on the European stages of Germany and the Netherlands. There, I learned the truth: "Compromise never produces results." Now, I'm in the business world, but my underlying aspirations remain unchanged. Never afraid to take on new challenges, I always look one step ahead, and strive to deliver experiences that exceed expectations. We refuse to compromise on the quality, speed, or sense of security of our service. We want to be more than just a provider; we want to be partners, building the future together. As we continue to evolve, we will remain the company our customers want to continue to choose.
