"Ref.5513" is a long-selling model with a production period of approximately 27 years.
This model has undergone various minor changes and has a wide range of dial variations.
This time we are introducing a matte dial that has been around since 1967.
One of these is the so-called "maxi dial" that appeared in the late 1970s.
This Maxi MK1 dial (made by Lemrich) is marked with SUB.
Among maxi dials, this is a rare dial with large dots and is said to be the most popular.
The crown is a little slimmer, the paint is a little thinner, and the horizontal bars of the f and t are on the same line in Open6.
A notable feature is that the font of "SUBMARINER" is slightly thin.
The MK1 dial is originally a beautiful luminous dial with little burn,
This particular watch has a three-dimensional dot luminous material that has changed to a faint cream color.
The dial is powerful and exudes vintage charm.
The dial condition is also excellent, making this a recommended item.
The balance of the luminous finish on the hands and indexes is also great!
The bezel insert is also a nice touch.
The fat font MK3 bezel has faded nicely, changing to an exquisite navy blue color.
The case and bracelet are in good condition and overall it is in good condition for a watch from around 1978.
It is in very good condition.
There is no excessive case thinness, and the lugs are thick and sturdy.
It will be a very impressive specimen!
The grooveless hard bracelet (replaced later) is slightly warped,
This one is also in good condition.
The accessories for this one are also attractive!
Comes with a seahorse box, original warranty card, and Submariner booklet.
Although it is handwritten, it is rare to find a watch that comes with a warranty from that time!!
Another plus point is that the manufacturer performed overhauls in 2015 and 2018!
Wrist shot!!
This is a very attractive piece with a beautiful dial, case, and bracelet, and a well-balanced overall look. I highly recommend it!
Ref.5513/The MK1 dial made by Lemlich is one of the most popular rimless dials.
This is a very impressive and attractive piece that comes with a full set of accessories, so I highly recommend it!
