First generation Submariner Date/Ref.1680.
This is the early model manufactured from 1969 to around 1975, where the SUBMARINER logo is red, commonly known as the "Red Sub".
It's a classic model that boasts immense popularity among vintage models, but the particular piece we're introducing today is highly recommended for those who appreciate the unique aging of vintage watches. If you're looking for one, please check it out!

The dial is a MARK4, appropriate for its age.
It's characterized by an open 6 and the horizontal bars of 'f' and 't' in the 660ft water resistance marking not being on the same line.

The MK4 dial is relatively common among Red Subs, but Red Submariners themselves seem to be less frequently available these days.

Well then!!
The piece we are introducing today features a patina dial with beautifully aged tritium luminescence.
How do you like it? This exquisite aging!
It looks great~.
It is especially recommended for those looking for a rugged vintage model!!

The dial condition is excellent, maintaining a clean state even under a loupe. The condition of the index luminous material is also good.
It is undoubtedly rare to find a Red Sub with such a superb dial condition! In particular, pieces with aged dials that maintain a clean state are few and far between.

The luminous material is all tritium.
The hands show natural aging, and the uncorrected luminous material on the hands is in excellent condition.

The bezel is equipped with a fat font MK3 insert that has a subtle faded appearance.
This bezel perfectly matches early 70s pieces! It's so cool!
The luminous point is missing, but that's part of the vintage charm! Personally, I feel a sense of attachment, thinking, "Thank goodness it survived!"

While there are signs of use commensurate with its age, the condition is good for a vintage model!
An overhaul has also been completed by our affiliated workshop.

As you can see, the middle case is also a solid piece with a good impression.

The lugs are also thick and well-defined!

The sharp case sides are also rugged and cool~.

The bracelet is a rivet bracelet, which is unusual for a Red Sub of this era.
Although it's an FF58, it doesn't feel like it's been replaced.

The buckle clasp is engraved 71.2, which perfectly matches the era!
There's some very natural stretch, but the condition is good!

Wrist shot!!
This Red Submariner is incredibly cool, with its perfectly aged dial, luminous material, bezel, and the fantastic atmosphere of the rivet bracelet!
A highly popular vintage model!! The Red Submariner "Ref.1680/MK4" from '70.
It's a masterpiece that lets you feel the unique charm of a vintage model!! It's rare to find a Red Submariner with such excellent overall condition and an early feel! This attractive piece, equipped with a rivet bracelet, doesn't come in often, so if you're interested, please check it out!
