Following yesterday's introduction, today I will once again introduce the vintage Explorer "Ref.1016"!!
The Ref.1016 is a long-selling model that was manufactured for approximately 30 years, from around 1959 to around 1990.
Its simple and highly perfected design continues to captivate many fans without fading.
Many times, when it arrives at our store, it sells out quickly,
making it a highly popular vintage Rolex!
Last time, it was a rare mirror dial seen in early models,
but this time, the arrival is a late matte dial manufactured around 1985!!
The dial condition and the tritium's aging are charming,
and it's a highly recommended piece that comes with its warranty card.

The dial is characterized by a retro and lovely crown mark.
The dial condition is excellent, maintaining a clean state even under a loupe!
This particular piece has tritium luminous material that has aged to a deep cream to yellow color,
creating a wonderful atmosphere!!
Because the matte dial itself is in such clean condition,
the deeply aged tritium stands out even more!!
The contrast between black and deep cream is outstanding and incredibly cool!
The luminous material is all tritium.
The condition of the hand lume is also excellent!
The seconds hand has been replaced with a later tritium hand,
but the overall aesthetic remains perfectly intact.
It has a great look.

The condition of the case and bracelet shows signs of use and scratches,
but it is relatively clean for a vintage model.
The middle case is in the condition shown.
It is a solid middle case without excessive polishing.
The buckle clasp code is "I11"
The bracelet, which matches the era,
is in good condition with almost no noticeable stretch.
This smooth, domed crystal is also a nice touch.
