No. 232 ~ Mirror buckle! Introducing an unused Rolex Sea-Dweller 4000

Today we have an unused Sea-Dweller 4000.

The Sea-Dweller 4000/Ref. 116600 was produced for only three years, from 2014 to 2017.
This is the final version of the Seed without the Cyclops lens .
When it comes to Sea-Dweller, many people probably prefer this design without a Cyclops lens.

The ceramic bezel with minute markings up to 60 minutes is also very cool.

This model also comes with two types of buckle plate finishes: mirror and matte.

This is the pear-textured type.

This is the mirror type that has just arrived.
The basic sports model seems to have had a mirror-finished buckle since the latter half of 2015, but this Seed 4000 is an irregular model that had a random mix of matte and mirror finishes until the very end.

The bezel is now ceramic and the hands, indexes and lug width have also been enlarged.

The dial of the Ref. 116600 is a greyish black.

Condition: some scratches on the case and buckle from display,

There are several small scratches on the screws that appear to have been made during adjustment.
This is a bit disappointing, but personally I think it might be a good idea to have the manufacturer replace it.

The rest are in unused condition.

Comes with box and warranty card.

The market price for the final Sea-Dweller without a Cyclops lens, "Ref. 116600", has also fallen and become a desirable price.
