Hello everyone!

Two weeks ago, I wrote about my watch and leather shoes series for the first time in a while!!

It has been very well received (lol), so I'll be doing Part 4 again this week.

⇩⇩If you haven't watched Part 1, 2, or 3 yet, please do so now⇩⇩

This time, I will be picking up [Richard Mille], [Panerai], and [Tudor] . As with the last time, this is purely my personal opinion, but please look at it with an open mind.

RICHARD MILLE

The first brand we would like to introduce is Richard Mille , which was born like a comet into the luxury watch industry in 2001.

Based on the concepts of "Extreme Watches" and "F1 Watches," Richard Mille has attracted attention by using new materials often used in the aerospace industry and F1, and adopting innovative and original designs. In addition, the luxury watch manufacturer has quickly taken the luxury watch world by storm, inviting super famous athletes as ambassadors.

The company's founder , Richard Mille, has stated that "cost is irrelevant to my watches," and he makes no compromises in watchmaking. He is filled with passion for producing only watches of the world's highest standards, and in fact, the watches produced by Richard Mille are all models that easily exceed 10 million yen.

GAZIANO & GIRLING

Gaziano & Girling is a British shoe manufacturer founded in 2006 by Tony Gaziano and Dean Girling.

Northampton, England, is home to many prestigious historic manufacturers, and while it is said that new manufacturers are not emerging easily, Gaziano & Girling suddenly opened a hole in the market. In fact, both men are very famous in the world of bespoke shoes, with Tony Gaziano having honed his skills at Edward Green and Cheaney, and Dean Girling at John Lobb and George Cleverley.

The two men brought bespoke elements to ready-to-wear shoes in order to change the concept of British shoes, and describe their identity as "the rarity of simultaneously producing the highest quality bespoke shoes and ready-to-wear shoes while maintaining classic designs." In 2019, they were chosen to make shoes for Prince Charles, and have established their position as a luxury leather shoe manufacturer in both name and reality as a manufacturer recognized by the British Royal Family.

I think Gaziano & Girling is the perfect choice as a new manufacturer in the leather shoe industry similar to Richard Mille .

PANERAI

Next up is the Italian luxury watch manufacturer Officine Panerai, commonly known as Panerai .

Panerai, a precision instrument manufacturer founded in Florence in 1860 by Giovanni Panerai, began its history in the 1930s when the company received a request from the Italian Navy to produce watches for its submarine forces.

Panerai is famous for being the brand that started the boom in big, thick watches (large, thick designs that symbolize masculinity). Its popularity skyrocketed when famous actors such as Sylvester Stallone and Jason Statham wore their watches in movies and other productions, and it continues to reign as a watch manufacturer that suits rugged men.

Paraboot

Paraboot is a leather shoe manufacturer founded in France in 1908 by Rémy Richard Ponvert.

Its history began with the opening of a workshop in the town of Izoux in eastern France, where alpinists gather, and the production of durable and easy-to-wear hiking boots. It is no exaggeration to say that the encounter with the rubber sole, the greatest symbol of [ Paraboot ], which continues to this day, is what brought prosperity to this manufacturer, and the name [Paraboot] was given to it because the rubber material (natural latex) used for the rubber sole was imported directly from the Port of Para in Brazil.

The rubber sole is sturdy and resistant to wear, and has a high grip even on bad weather surfaces, making it a popular choice for work shoes and outdoor shoes. At Commit Ginza, about 10 staff members use them. Everyone wears Paraboot on rainy days (laughs).

Paraboot 's "sturdy and strong shoes" can be used in any environment, making them perfect for the strong men who wear Panerai .

TUDOR

Lastly, there is Tudor, which was founded in 1926 as a diffusion manufacturer for Rolex.

The founder, Hans Wilsdorf, was the same as Rolex. At the time, Rolex was headquartered in the UK, and the company made its watches for the "common people" in order to increase awareness and sales in the UK. The name comes from the House of Tudor, one of the royal families of England, which produced Queen Elizabeth I.

Tudor is currently becoming more and more popular, and its design and popularity are gaining recognition around the world. The performance of its watches is also excellent, and is on par with other luxury watch manufacturers. Despite the high quality of its watches, they are often chosen as the first luxury watch by keeping the price range low, which has established their current popularity. There is no doubt that this is a manufacturer whose future developments are exciting to watch.

JALAN SRIWIJAYA

Founded in 1919 as a shoe factory, Jalan Sriwijaya was launched in 2003 by Rudi Spahrman.

The appeal of this manufacturer is, above all, its good cost performance . With authentic British quality and unmatched pricing, this young manufacturer was founded in 2003 and is already popular in Japan, with many select shops handling the products.

We manufacture leather shoes by hand using world-class technology by craftsmen who have been trained in our unique artisan development program, and offer products of quality that rival those of European-made leather shoes.

Jalan Sriwijaya and Tudor have made a name for themselves by offering high-quality products at affordable prices, and both are manufacturers whose future developments are exciting to watch.

summary

What did you think.

Following on from Parts 1, 2, and 3, I think I was able to introduce many wonderful "luxury leather shoe manufacturers ." This Part 4 marks the end of the "Watches and Leather Shoes" analogy series, but I would like to continue to convey the appeal of "watches and leather shoes" in different ways, so I hope you will continue to follow me.

Thank you for watching this content.

"Watch lovers become leather shoe lovers"
