Hello everyone!
Recently, when I talk to customers in stores, I often hear things like this.
"There are more staff now." "How many people are there in total?"
,,,
Now that you mention it, the number of employees has actually increased quite a bit in the past year. I've only been with the company for a year and a half, so I'm still considered a newbie in most companies, but I'm already at the senior level.
This time, I would like to briefly introduce the staff of Commit Ginza, as I believe that customers will feel more at ease when they come to the store if they get to know a little about our staff.
Please enjoy watching!
Commit Ginza staff (storefront)
■ Owner and appraiser: Yasuharu Abe
First of all, it goes without saying that Abe Taiji is our owner and appraiser. Since the founding of "COMMIT GINZA" in January 2016, he has been a leading figure who has been personally involved with customers, embodying the principle of "customer first" and "buying the highest price in Japan and selling the lowest price ." His attitude indicates the direction of the store, and all staff members trust him. He is the mainstay of our store, caring for his staff and sometimes providing strict guidance.
He has a generous personality and is easygoing enough to talk to regular customers who are knowledgeable about watches, as well as first-time customers. He has a very serious look in his eyes when negotiating a business deal, but he is basically smiling, so please feel free to ask him anything.
He is particularly knowledgeable about Patek Philippe and has handled many models. Some of these models are rare and are extremely rare, which has earned him the trust of his customers. Recently, he has been dealing in an increasing number of extremely rare models from Richard Mille and Audemars Piguet, so if you are considering selling your watch, please feel free to consult with Abe.
■Executive Advisor and Appraiser: Tsuyoshi Kaneko
Currently, Kaneko Tsuyoshi is the author of the popular "Kaneko Tsuyoshi Watch Blog" among watch enthusiasts, and is a man who is particularly obsessed with the charms of Rolex. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he is a true professional appraiser who can instantly determine whether a watch has been polished or not , based on the characteristics of each generation. The market prices for most models are stored in his mental database, and he can instantly provide an appropriate appraisal price.
This technique is possible because we collect data from dozens of companies every day, check their prices, and accumulate the data. (No joke, we do this 365 days a year.)
In order to be honest with every customer, he will tell you every detail about anything that concerns you, without lying or trying to sell you anything. If you are looking for a watch that is individual to you, please consult with Kaneko.
By the way, our staff also consult with Kaneko when purchasing a watch (laughs).
■ Senior Advisor: Yoichiro Yamashita
He is an experienced staff member who handles customer inquiries by phone and email, etc. He also writes the popular column "Recommended ◯◯ Selection Series."
He specializes in a wide range of brands and has written numerous columns introducing brands, making him highly regarded by appraisers.
He has the third longest tenure at Commit, and there is almost nothing he can ask Yamashita about within the company, so he is relied upon by many staff members. He sometimes cracks jokes together with Abe, lightening the atmosphere in the store. He is an indispensable staff member at our store, attentive to everyone behind the scenes.
■ Senior Advisor: Daichi Arimura
This staff member plays an active role as a senior advisor and plays a central role in store operations.
In his previous job, he worked as a store manager at a famous Italian brand, and has a track record of winning numerous awards. He always puts himself in the customer's shoes, embodying a "customer first" approach to customer service, and improving the quality of the store every day. All of this is possible because he wants to make customers more satisfied than ever before.
Starting in April, Commit TV will be regularly broadcasting talks with him about watches as a new project .
The program will be aimed at those who are not yet familiar with luxury watches, as well as those who are just starting to become interested in them, with a focus on being "short," "fun," and "easy to understand." We will be sharing the appeal of luxury watches, including things that are not usually discussed and behind-the-scenes stories, so please tune in!
■ Public Relations Director: Kentaro Murayama
He is the director of the PR department at Commit Ginza. He was active in the apparel industry as a PR professional in his previous job, and has a wide range of connections both inside and outside the industry. Many of the collaboration projects on YouTube have been realized thanks to his connections. Incidentally, he has also brought a breath of fresh air to Commit TV with his dandy, deep voice in the "Ranking Series."
Additionally, they are expanding the scope of "luxury watches" from angles not seen in previous Commit projects, and have been involved in a number of productions.
It is no exaggeration to say that it is up to his skill to make Commit Ginza a stylish establishment that everyone will want to visit.
