The most obvious change from the previous model is the dial design. The previous model had a combination of applied Roman numerals and diamond indexes, but this model has a combination of gold Arabic numerals and gold trapezoidal indexes. The crown is decorated with the Calatrava cross, which is a symbol of Patek Philippe , and this is also a change from the previous model. And 36 diamonds are set on both sides of the case.
