The "Ref. 5261R-001" was released in 2023 as the first Aquanaut model to feature an annual calendar.
Although Aquanaut Luce is a women's collection, it is presented in a slightly different form than usual, without any jewelry decoration.
By the way, the Annual Calendar Moon Phase "Ref. 4947/1A-001" that we currently carry in our store is also a rare model that is not decorated with jewelry, even though it is a ladies' model with a reference (model number) starting with "4". It is a model that looks cool on both men and women.

Let's go back to the "Ref. 5261R-001". This model is part of the "Aquanaut Luce" collection, but looking at the size alone, it is definitely for men, with a case diameter of 39.9mm (from 10 o'clock to 4 o'clock) and a case thickness of 10.9mm. However, it has become common to see women wearing men's sizes recently, so of course it would not be strange for a woman to wear it.
Here is one point to note. Have you noticed that the layout of the calendar is different compared to conventional "annual calendar" models? Usually, the "month" is placed between the 2 o'clock and 3 o'clock positions, the "day of the week" between the 9 o'clock and 10 o'clock positions, the "date" at the 6 o'clock position, and the "age of the moon (moon phase)" above that. However, this model has a very innovative layout with the "day of the week" between the 3 o'clock and 4 o'clock positions, the "month" between the 8 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions, the "date" at the 6 o'clock position, and the "age of the moon (moon phase)" at the 12 o'clock position.
Also, as I mentioned earlier, the case thickness is 10.9mm, but I compared it with the smaller 10.2mm Aquanaut Travel Time "Ref. 5164A-001". When you line them up like this, the difference is obvious. Even with just a difference of 0.7mm, I think the impact is completely different.

The movement seen through the skeleton case back is the "Cal.26-330 S QA LU," which is based on the "Cal.26-330 SC" with hacking function and adds an annual calendar mechanism. It is extremely practical, as there is no longer any time period during which the date cannot be changed and it also has an annual calendar. Incidentally, this is the only model currently available that is equipped with this movement.
The condition is that there are some minor scratches due to storage, but it is an unused item that has never been worn. Also, it does not come with a warranty, but the price is kept low, so if you have been looking for it, this is your chance.
