It was introduced around 1970 and production ended after just one year.
The second generation short-lived hand-wound Daytona "Ref. 6262"
The bezel is made of stainless steel, just like the first generation "Ref. 6239".
This model features a tachymeter bezel.
For non-oyster models,
Compared to the original Daytona Ref. 6239, the design
I don't see any big difference, but
The movement has been upgraded to 21,600 vibrations per hour.
It is equipped with the masterpiece manual winding chronograph movement "Cal. 727".
This time we have the rare dial "Paul Newman" in stock.

"Paul Newman Dial"

This rare dial features an exotic dial.
It is called the Paul Newman dial because Paul Newman loved it.
The in-dial/bar-type index has a square dot at the tip.
The dial is lowered by one step to the outer periphery, and has the same three-dimensional dots as the square dots on the in-dial.
Another major feature of the Paul Newman dial is the cube-shaped indexes.

Among them, this dial has three sub-dials.
It is characterized by its cone shape, just like a regular dial.
It is also called a musketeer dial or a flying saucer dial.
It has a Paul Newman dial.
The dial has slightly deteriorated over time,
The overall atmosphere is good and it is in good condition considering its age.
*The hour and minute hands and pushers were replaced in later years.
