Daytona with El Primero, manufactured from R to P, "Ref. 16520"
The sub-dial of the watch we received this time has turned brown.
This is the rare color-changing model "Patrizio Dial" .
The origin of the name "Patrizzi"
The name "Patrizzi dial " came about when Antiquorum founder Oswald Patrizzi noticed that the subdials of the Daytona Ref. 16520 manufactured between 1994 and 1995 were discoloured to a dark brown.
This particular watch has a Patrizio dial with a beautiful gradation that gives it an outstanding look .
I have the impression that many of the early models have deterioration around the in-dial, etc.
The dial is exceptionally clean with no sign of such deterioration.
A Patrizio dial with such a beautiful, strong tanning is definitely rare!!
Furthermore, the number "6" on the 12-hour counter at the 6 o'clock position is inverted.
Because it is written to look like a "9"
This is an early MK4 dial, produced up to the S number, which is called the "reverse 6" or "inverted 6" .
It is also called "INVERTED 6" overseas.
The luminous material is all tritium and the hands, indexes and luminous parts are burnt.
This also looks great when combined with the brown of the sub-dials.
This particular watch is in good case condition and highly recommended.
There are some small scratches and scuffs from use, but it is in excellent condition.
The lug shape is in excellent condition and has retained its original form.
I would avoid saying that there hasn't been any polishing in the past.
There is no doubt that it is in very good condition.
There are some missing parts on the bezel,
It makes for a crisp, impressive bezel.
The bracelet, which comes with an "S" clasp code that matches the era, also shows almost no signs of wrinkling.
Comes with box, warranty card, and Daytona booklet (91)!
Wrist shot!!
The actual product is even darker than the photo, with an exquisitely baked gradation Patrizzi.
The strong Patrick is very attractive.
It's cool!!
Rare color-changing model: Daytona Ref.16520
"Reverse 6 Patrizio" It is rare to find an item like this in such good condition with a warranty.
Overall, this is a great addition to your collection and I highly recommend it!
