SOLD OUT!!
The fourth-generation Submariner "Ref. 5513" is a long-selling model with a production period of approximately 27 years.
The chronometer-spec "Ref. 5512" has not been certified as a chronometer.
This model was released around 1963 as a Diffusion model.
Various minor changes have been made to vintage Rolexes.
This is a very popular model, but this time we have one that was produced early on.
This is a glossy watch with what is commonly known as a "mirror dial."
"Mirror Dial"
A glossy dial that was available on models manufactured up until around 1966.
Among the vintage models that have a beautiful mirror-like shine,
This is a rare dial with extremely limited availability.
The gold-painted logo and minute lines are also features of the mirror dial.
The dial has a sophisticated beauty that is different from that of current Rolexes!
The mirror dial that has just arrived has a slight brown tint to it, giving it an excellent look.
The outer edge of the dial has also deteriorated significantly over time.
This deterioration gives the piece an exquisite vintage aura.
The hands were changed to tritium hands in later years,
The balance with the index is well-maintained.
This product was manufactured around 1966.
The case condition is excellent and it is in good condition.
There are scratches throughout the case, but the case is not worn down.
The lugs are thick and sturdy, making for a very impressive case.
Another attractive feature is the riveted bracelet, which is in good condition and appropriate for its age!
The “belly buckle” with a crown sticking out is also quite interesting.
Another plus point is that it comes with a twin lock crown with no dots and only a crown mark.
Wrist shot!!
This is an attractive piece with a beautifully faded grey bezel and an exquisitely aged dial!
Beautifully aged old Submariner "Ref. 5513"
A specimen like this is truly a one-of-a-kind!!
The real thing has an even greater aura than the photo!
If you are looking for a Submariner with a mirror dial, please consider this one.
