We purchased a discontinued popular model of the blue Submariner, so we'd like to introduce it to you right away!
This is a short-lived diamond index dial produced from the V number (2009) to the random number (around 2014).
This model has become hard to see recently.
It is a rare model with extremely low circulation, yet still priced at a stable high level.
A diamond index dial that is not available in the current model lineup.
It's been a while since I last saw it, but this blue sub is a very cool model!!
The dial is a so-called "matte blue dial."
The diamond dial is only available in matte blue.
The standard dial was this matte dial from 2009 to around 2013.
Since around 2013, the specifications have been changed to a “sunray dial” (right).
I don't remember matte blue being that popular at the time, but looking at it now it's a very nice, rich blue color.
It goes extremely well with the diamond indexes!
The accessories included were box, warranty card, Submariner booklet, and chronometer tag!!
The warranty is dated October 2015.
The diamond dial and the new type of warranty card alone are attractive, but the 2015 date stamp is quite appealing.
