The third generation hand-wound Daytona "Ref. 6263" manufactured from around 1970 to around 1988
The unit we have in stock this time is a later model with serial number 9.
The pusher is a "MK3 pusher" with a groove on the cylinder.
It is said to be a replacement pusher, but it is around the final model of the high-year model.
It will fit the MK3 pusher.
The bezel is the "MK4" with a smoothed out "S" for UNITS PER HOUR.
It was replaced by Rolex Japan in 2006. (Details are provided.)
The plastic bezel is in very good condition.
The dial is big red on black.
This dial is from the late 70's.
Therefore, we have kept the price low.
There are several places where the luminous material is deformed,
The dial condition is good and clean.
The case condition is also good with only minor scratches.
I can't feel the case getting thinner!
The lug shape is firm,
