Introducing the semi-vintage model of the 5-digit GMT-Master "Ref. 16700"!
The Ref. 16700 was produced from the R series (around 1988) to the A series (around 1999),
This is one of the early models manufactured around 1988.
This particular example was manufactured around 1988 and is in excellent condition.

The luminous parts are the hands and dial, and are all tritium.
The tritium luminous material has changed to a beautiful cream color.
The dial condition is excellent and remains clean even with a magnifying glass.
There is a slight crack on the second hand that can be seen with a magnifying glass,
The tritium luminous material is in good condition.
If you look closely, you'll see that the second hand has a dot at the tip!
This is also the charm of a semi-vintage model!
The bezel insert is an early insert with very understated serifs.
The Pepsi insert has some aging,
