We have a new El Primero-equipped Daytona "Ref. 16520/L5" in stock!
Recently, Commit has been fortunate enough to continue receiving shipments of early El Primero models.
The black lettering and white lettering are followed by
This time we are introducing 4 lines of white letters/L5.
This particular watch had its case replaced in later years, so I don't recommend it for those who want to keep it original.
This makes it an attractive item with good case condition!
First, as always, let's take a look at the features of the early models!

○MK2 bezel "225 Taki" bezel
Pay attention to the area between the "200" and "300" marks on the scale.
The scale on the MK3 bezel and later only changes to "240",
The MK2 bezel has two markings: "225" and "250".
This is a very rare early bezel commonly known as "225 Taki".

○MK2 dial "4 lines"
The 5-line English text has disappeared from the "OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED"
The initial dial had four lines of text.
Like the MK1 dial, this is a rare dial that is very rarely available.
Personally, I love the cool letter "E" in the ROLEX logo!

The kamaboko case is also a feature of the early models,
The model shown here (below) had its case replaced in later years, so it does not have a kamaboko case.
By the way, the thick case above is an L3 kamaboko case.

The condition is good, there are some scratches and scuffs due to use,
There are no major scratches and it is in good overall condition.

The middle case has been replaced,
This is an attractive case with a crisp look and little polished feel.

The fine and beautiful hairline rug feet are wonderful!!

The edge lines look great too!!

Even if it's a replacement case, a piece like this is still cool!!

Buckle clasp code is "S10"

The bracelet is in excellent condition with almost no creases.

The luminous material is all tritium.
The tritium luminous material has a burnt finish, giving it an atmospheric look!

The dial is in very good condition and remains in good condition.

This face, unique to early specimens, is very charming!
Overall it's an impressive individual!

Accessories include box, warranty card (UK), international service warranty card (May 2025/September 2021),
Comes with Daytona booklet (89), Oyster booklet (89), chronometer tag, and extra links!
What's appealing is that it was just overhauled by the manufacturer in May 2025!

Wrist shot!!
The combination of the instantly recognizable 4-line dial and the subtle 225mm Taki bezel
This is an extremely cool item!

The early model with the MK2 bezel and MK2 dial, "Ref. 16520/L5"
The early models with such wonderful and rare features are really appealing.
While the availability of normal single tritium watches is also decreasing,
Even if you search, it's hard to find the earliest specimens!
The warranty is complete and the item is in good condition, so I highly recommend it!!
The selling price is also very attractive, so if you're looking for it, don't miss out!
For customers looking for a rare El Primero-equipped Daytona model,
