The popular vintage Explorer II "Ref. 1655"
This is a very popular vintage model that has been selling well recently in our store!

The bezel and case condition of the item we have just received are excellent.
The burnt tritium creates a great atmosphere and is a rare item that we highly recommend!

The dial is the original "MK5 dial" that matches the period.

The specifications are almost the same as the MK4 dial,
What makes it stand out is that the letter "O" in "OYSTER" is a perfect circle!

The dial condition is good with some scratches on the needle.
Everything else is in good condition.

The index luminous material is well-burned,
It's in great condition with no flaws!

The luminous material is all tritium!!
The luminous hands are evenly lit just like the indexes, creating an outstanding atmosphere!

The GMT hand, which still retains a strong orange hue, looks great when combined with the burnt tritium.

Pay attention to the second hand!!

Yes!! The most unique thing about this specimen is that

When you compare them like this, you can clearly see the difference in the second hands!!

The second hand is mainly seen in semi-vintage models,
I never thought it would exist in the Ref. 1655 as well...

Honestly, this was a surprising discovery!

The Ref. 1655 equipped with a tip dot second hand is undoubtedly a rare find!

The middle case in particular is thick and sturdy.
It will be a spectacular condition.

The case sides are neat and slouchy with absolutely no sagging.

This is a truly excellent rug leg!
