Rolex Explorer MK5 All Tritium
Ref.1016 Serial.R8 (manufactured around 1988)
Cal.1570 78360/FF580 Clasp Code M6
Accessories: Box
SOLD OUT!!

The third generation Explorer "Ref. 1016" was manufactured from around 1960 to around 1989. The model we are introducing today is an R-number, a later model among the 1016s.
The R series, which is nearing the end of production, is always a popular item in our store and moves quickly!

The dial is the MK5, featuring a sharp logo. It is a dial that matches the era.

The matte black dial is in excellent condition!
I recommend older models as they are relatively easy to find in beautiful condition like this one!

The luminous material is all tritium. The hands and indexes are evenly colored cream.
There are tiny cracks in the luminous hands that can be seen with a magnifying glass, but they are not visible to the naked eye.

The condition of the dial is attractive, but the condition of the case and bracelet are also good!!

There are some small scratches from use, but the case is in good condition and has not been overly finished!!

The lug legs are thick and sturdy!

Buckle clasp code is "M6"

The bracelet matches the age and is in excellent condition with almost no signs of wear!
Overhauls have also been completed at our affiliated workshop.

Wrist shot!!
The appeal is the excellent design that you will never get tired of! What do you think of this product, customers of the R generation?

Lastly, here's a shot of the three R-number brothers, including the Ref. 1016/R-number of our staff members Arimura and Otsuka!
Still, they are all cooked to the same perfect degree.
Now, here's a question for you all. Which one is the one we're introducing this time?
It's a trivial question, but if you're really curious about the answer, please feel free to contact us (lol)

Vintage Explorer "Ref. 1016" This is a great example with an attractive dial, luminous material, case, bracelet and overall condition!
It's also recommended as an introductory model for vintage guitars!!
There are few late-year R models in stock, so this is the first one we've had in a while!
