The fourth-generation Submariner "Ref. 5513" is a long-selling model with a production period of approximately 27 years.
The chronometer-spec "Ref. 5512" has not been certified as a chronometer.
This model was released as a Diffusion model around 1963.
Various minor changes have been made to vintage Rolexes.
This is a very popular model, but this time we have an early production model.
This is a glossy watch with
what is commonly known as a "mirror dial."
"Mirror Dial"
A glossy dial that was available on models manufactured up until around 1966.
Among the vintage models that have a beautiful mirror-like shine,
This is a rare dial with extremely limited availability.
"Gold Letters"
The gold-painted logo and minute lines are also features of the mirror dial.
The dial has a sophisticated beauty that is different from that of current Rolexes!
The stepped-down gold lettering looks amazing in person.
Here is a comparison shot with the rimless 5513 with a matte dial (right).
Even though they are the same vintage model, they have completely different looks!
The characteristic of mirror dials is their jet black color!
The dials we have received this time are consistent,
There are small scratches and deterioration due to aging,
The condition of the mirror dial is as follows:
It is in very good condition!!
The index luminous material has slight cracks and missing parts,
There is no major damage.
There are no cracks or other damage to the luminous hands, and they have aged beautifully.
The bezel is a long 5 bezel that matches the era.
The luminous points have been repaired but are in good condition.
The condition is that there are scratches on the whole item appropriate for its age,
It's in fair condition.
The case has a polished feel to the lugs,
It will be a vintage model,
Amazingly, the atmosphere is not compromised!
The bracelet is made of US rivets and may be warped,
It will be in relatively good condition.
