- Summary
MF
Junichi Inamoto (SC Sagamihara: J2 League)
The first defensive midfielder we have selected is Inamoto. He was a key player in leading Japan to the round of 16 for the first time in the 2002 Japan-Korea World Cup, a remarkable achievement in the world of Japanese soccer. Despite being a defensive midfielder, he actively participated in attacks and scored two goals, and he also had a rare offensive sense, making him a representative player of the Golden Age generation.
Inamoto also played for my favorite team, Arsenal. At the time, Arsenal had a highly regarded team with the strongest players in the world, and it was a shock to see a Japanese player on that team who is still talked about today. Although he was unfortunately unable to play in the league, he played in overseas leagues for a long time afterwards, and is a person who built the foundation for the current overseas transfers of Japanese players.
The watch that Inamoto is wearing is
Panerai Luminor GMT Flinke Ref.PAM00029
The Luminor GMT Flinke "Ref. PAM00029" is a highly practical model with a GMT function. Only 1,500 pieces are produced. This model, released in 1998, was re-released in 2010 under the same model number, likely due to its popularity. This is a Panerai with a large presence that truly embodies Inamoto's dynamic playing style.
Shinji Ono (Consadole Sapporo: J1 League)
When talking about "geniuses" in the world of soccer, this person is the first to come to mind. I don't think there is any other Japanese player who captivates spectators and enjoys soccer as much as Ono.
With his brilliant passing, soft touch as if he is handling the ball with his hands, and playful technique, he is truly a player who can be called a "genius." His track record overseas is also impeccable, having won the European Cup with the powerful Dutch club Feyenoord.
The watch that Ono is wearing is
Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Titanium White Ref.601.NE.0172.LR.JPN17
This is a white-colored model exclusive to Japan of the Spirit of Big Bang, a representative model of Hublot. The white design, which embodies Ono's refreshing smile, suits him very well. The Big Bang, with its elegant and complex finish, is a watch that evokes Ono's genius play.
Kengo Nakamura (former Kawasaki Frontale)
Next up is Nakamura Kengo, who was mentioned in a previous YouTube comment. He is the face of the club and a legend, having spent 17 years of his professional soccer career with Kawasaki Frontale. He has demonstrated his extraordinary passing sense and soccer IQ on the pitch, captivating many fans. As a maestro on the field, he was at the heart of Kawasaki Frontale's passing soccer.
The watch that Nakamura is wearing is
Tudor Black Bay Chrono S&G Ref.M79363N-0002
The color combination of the SS (stainless steel) x YG (yellow gold) case with the brown leather strap tickles the masculine heart. The champagne on the sub-dial is a nice accent. Another nice feature is that it comes with a removable band. It's impressive that Nakamura chose Tudor and wears it so stylishly!
Shinji Kagawa (PAOK Thessaloniki: Greek League)
As someone from the same generation as me, I had no choice but to choose Kagawa. (laughs) His technique, his movements to find small spaces, his tactics with the opposing defense, all of which are first-rate, as he continues to play for the world's top teams such as Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United.
The watch worn by Kagawa is
TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre Heuer 02 Chronograph CBG2A10.FT6168
This new Carrera for 2019 is a model that newly adopts the "Caliber Heuer 2". It is equipped with a vertical clutch and column wheel, which are the hallmarks of luxury watches, and is a high-performance movement that boasts a long power reserve of approximately 80 hours with one barrel. The sporty rubber strap and chronograph are perfect for Kagawa.
Keisuke Honda (Neftchi Bagu: Azerbaijan Premier League)
It is impossible not to mention this man in the world of Japanese soccer. Honda has scored goals for the Japanese national team in three consecutive World Cups, making him the all-time leading Asian World Cup scorer. He is also the first Asian player to provide assists in three consecutive World Cups, and is only the sixth player in history to record both a goal and an assist in three tournaments. In terms of his club career, he has also achieved the remarkable feat of wearing the number 10 jersey for the prestigious Italian club AC Milan.
Honda is also an entrepreneur, and his dignified style always attracts attention from the public, making him truly one of Japan's most representative athletes.
The watch that Honda is wearing is
Cartier Tank MC
I'm sure many of you thought it was Gaga Milano. Honda is known for wearing Gaga Milano on both of his wrists, but he also wears other brands. The Cartier Tank MC we're introducing today is a classic watch with a classy gold case, brown dial and leather strap. Honda, who is also known as a fashionista, wears stylish watches that match each of his styles.
FW
Yuya Osako (Bremen: German Bundesliga)
The last player I would like to introduce is Osako, who is a top striker in my top 11 and has been doing great overseas. His post play, in which he holds the ball at the front line, is highly regarded as being unlike that of a Japanese player due to his depth of versatility, and he is one of the best strikers of all time. He also scored a goal at the World Cup, and his presence at key moments is outstanding, making him an indispensable player for the current Japanese national team.
The watch that Osako is wearing is,
Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Tourbillon Carbon Black Ref.645.QN.1117.RX
He is wearing an incredible watch, fitting of Osako, the player who made the world go crazy with his slogan, "Osako is incredible."
The price is over 11 million yen. That's amazing. (lol)
However, since overseas players tend to wear much more luxurious and extraordinary models, I think it's good that Japan's top player is wearing a watch of this level.
We hope Osako will continue to score amazing goals wearing this stunning model with its black ceramic atmosphere!
summary
How was the second half of the game?
I was also really stumped about the selection of MF and FW. There were many other players I wanted to choose, but I couldn't identify the time and had to give up on some of them. For example, "Hidetoshi Nakata" and "Naohiro Takahara".
However, I am convinced that the players introduced here are undoubtedly some of the best members of the Japanese national team to date.
I'll also introduce the formation.
【 4-5-1 】
Goalkeeper: Kawashima
Defenders: Sakai, Yoshida, Miyamoto, Nagatomo
Midfielder: Nakamura, Inamoto, Ono, Kagawa, Honda
Forward: Osako
The midfield is a system of three defensive midfielders with Nakamura Kengo as the anchor, Inamoto and Ono on either side, aiming to make runs forward, and Kagawa and Honda as the core of the attack under the double top!!
What do you all think? I thought about it quite seriously (lol)
If you have any other opinions, we are looking forward to hearing them!
