Good evening everyone.

At the beginning of February 2025, the Nautilus Petite Complication "Ref. 5712/1A-001" with a stainless steel case and bracelet and the Aquanaut "Ref. 5167/1A-001" with a stainless steel case and bracelet disappeared from the official website, effectively ending production. These models had been the driving force behind the popularity of the Nautilus and Aquanaut for a long time, so this announcement left me feeling sad.

On the other hand, new models were announced in April 2025, but have you all seen them? There were several models that caught my eye, so this time I would like to pick out the ones that I was particularly interested in and introduce them to you all! Please stay with me until the end!

The Calatrava Pilot Travel Time, Ref. 5524G-010, features a lacquered ivory dial reminiscent of the Perpetual Calendar, Ref. 5320G-001, with black edges on the hands, indexes and lettering.

The strap also features a new khaki green fabric pattern composite, which is a completely different impression from previous models, but still has a military feel to it, making this my personal favorite model.

Although I didn't mention it at the beginning, one of the models that will be discontinued in 2025 is the Calatrava Pilot Travel Time "Ref. 5524G-001," which was announced as a new model in 2015.

When this model was announced, the watch industry was quite abuzz due to its innovative look, which was unlike that of Patek Philippe. By the way, many people may have thought that they had seen similar models from other brands. As a fan of military watches, I really liked the combination of the matte navy dial and the elegant calf strap, so I was both happy and disappointed when the new model was announced.

Approximately three years after production of the Calatrava Ref. 5196 ended, the long-awaited successor to the Calatrava Ref. 6169P-001 has been released.

The case diameter is 38mm, the case is made of PT (platinum), and the beautiful rose gold-plated opaline dial is set with white gold hands that are made of anthracite and objet shaped hour markers, creating a well-balanced design.

When the new models for 2021, "Ref. 6119R-001" and "Ref. 6119G-001," were announced, many people were somewhat disappointed, thinking that they were not successors to the "Ref. 5196," but now a new model that follows on from the "Ref. 96" has finally been announced.

This time, the watch is equipped with the hand-wound movement "Cal.30-255 PS," which is also used in the "Ref.6119." This is the first model following the "Ref.96" to have a "see-through" back, so you can enjoy looking at the movement. I can't wait to see the actual watch.

The new "Cubitus" "Ref.7128/1G-001" and "Ref.7128/1G-001" come in a medium size with a case diameter of 40mm.

The Cubitas, which was announced in the fall of 2024 as the first new model in 25 years, has an impressive 45mm case size and three models have been released, but this time it comes in two models with a more comfortable 40mm case: an 18KWG (white gold) case with a blue-gray sunburst dial and an 18KRG (rose gold) case with a brown sunburst dial.

Since the model number starts with 7, I think it is positioned as a ladies' model within Patek Philippe, but I'm sure it would be just as good for men as well.

I haven't seen the actual watch yet, but the color of the blue-gray sunburst dial on the 18KWG (white gold) case is somewhat reminiscent of the SS (stainless steel) case of the Nautilus Ref. 5711/1A. Similarly, the brown sunburst dial on the 18KRG (rose gold) case is also the Nautilus Ref. 5711/1R-001! I'm sure I'm not the only one who thought that. (laughs)

By the way, I thought that the automatic movement used was the same as that used in the previously released "Cubitus," but when I checked the manufacturer's website, it seemed to have undergone a minor change.
*The movement has been changed from "Cal.26-330 SC/430" to "Cal.26-330 SC/434", the total number of parts has increased from 212 to 219, and the thickness of the movement has decreased from 3.32mm to 3.59mm.
