Purchase consultation inquiry form
This inquiry form is for customers who are considering purchasing an item and have questions or concerns.

- You cannot purchase products from this form . If you wish to purchase, please apply from the " Purchase Application Form ."
- Please note that we cannot hold the target product for you during the period of consultation with our store. If another customer applies to purchase the target product, the target product will be marked as "Reserve" or "Sold Out."
- Please note that while you are in the middle of making a purchase inquiry using this form, a purchase application from another person may come in first. Even if you have made an inquiry first, the customer who made the purchase application will be given priority .
- If the product you are inquiring about is a new arrival product , there are a few things to keep in mind when purchasing. Please check the following points regarding purchasing new arrival products.
- We will contact you at 12:00 PM on the day after the listing to confirm whether the item is available for purchase.
- Please note that if you come to the store directly before 12:00 PM, you will not be able to make a purchase.
- When applying for new products, you are asking whether you would like to purchase them.
- As a general rule, requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a "Priority Reserve Ticket" for COC (COMMIT OFFICIAL CLUB) members is used, it may be given priority.
- In either case, we will contact you to let you know whether or not your purchase is successful.
- As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations of your application once your purchase rights have been granted (the time you receive the email sent at 12:00 PM on the day after the listing date).
