Both have a white dial marked for 2017.

It's not a difference in the texture of the dial, matte or shiny.
Both of these have matte dials.

Pay attention to the DAYTONA logo.

If you look closely,
The dial with the DAYTONA logo above it is clearly floating.
The Daytona logo is only slightly visible,
