This commemorative model features a blue gradient dial.
This is a gradation color that changes from blue to black.
It is a blue down dial that extends below the center of the dial.

It was also present in the predecessor model "Ref. 116660D-BLUE" from around mid-2017.
I also recall that this dial had added value at the time.
We happened to have a "Ref. 126660" (right) stamped with August 2020 in our store, so we took a photo of the two and compared them.

The D-blue dial expresses the way the water gets darker the deeper you go.
The darkened points are different on the left and right.
On the right, the DEEPSEA logo area is already dark,
On the left, the area around the logo is not yet dark.
The new "Ref. 126660" blue down dial seems to be surprisingly rare.
So what? I don't know, but am I the only one who thinks it's interesting?
This watch was finished and inspected internally by Rolex in December 2020.
Since this is a product, it is in good condition and highly recommended.

Since the black dial can now be replaced, this guarantee with D-BLUE written on it is quite rare.
Maybe this is better than my current salary.
The blue-down dial of the "Ref. 126660/D Blue" is quite hard to find.
This is an attractive piece with a beautiful gradient dial with blue gradation.
