Hello! Today we have some tips on the current Rolex Daytona!! This is the current Daytona 116500LN with a white dial.
At first glance, these two watches have the same white dial, but the texture of the dial is different.
The dial on the left is a shiny, transparent dial, while the dial on the right is a matte dial compared to the left. Let's take a close-up look at the five-line markings! The top is matte and the bottom is shiny.
The typeface on the matte dial is noticeably thicker.
Next, let's take a look at the SWISS MADE logo at the 6 o'clock position! The top is matte and the bottom is shiny. Again, the typeface on the matte dial is slightly thicker.
It's possible that shiny dials started appearing around the end of last year.
Here we see a shiny dial with the October 2018 stamp.
We have confirmed both dials for the 2019 stamped Daytona.
Will the dials be unified to one of these in the future? (laughs)
If anyone has any information please let me know!
Personally, I like the transparent shiny dial.
Let's keep an eye on future developments!
Well, I'll leave it here for today!
