The pinnacle of Rolex models, the "Day-Date," is available only in precious metal materials such as gold and platinum.
Among them, the "Ref.18238," which we are introducing today, appeared in 1988 and is a popular model that further improved practicality from its predecessor, "Ref.18038"!!
A major feature is the "double quick" function, which allows for independent quick changes of both the date and day of the week.
Also, compared to the thick "Kamaboko" case seen on the previous model "Ref.18038," the case line has been changed to a more stylish design.

The dial is in excellent condition. The tasteful applied indices are also charming.
The luminous material is all tritium. The luminous indices are in perfect condition with no missing parts. For a piece manufactured about 37 years ago, this condition is simply superb!
Overall, the condition shows some scuffs and scratches from use, but the total condition is outstanding, making it an excellent piece!
Take a look at the condition of the middle case!! This piece shows no case thinning whatsoever, suggesting it is unpolished!
The lugs are sharply defined, what we call "crisp." The fine hairline finish is also beautiful!
The bezel's edge line is also incredibly sharp!!
The buckle clasp code is "N9."
The President bracelet, which matches the era, is also in good condition with almost no slack!
The case back still has the reference sticker attached!!
