Today we have two blue Submariners in different shades.
Yes! Here are two blue Submariners/Ref. 16613. Can you see that the dials on the left and right are completely different colors?
The one on the left is the S number (around 1993), and the one on the right is the P number (around 2000).
The S number is pale blue, and is a blue Submariner that is generally available in a wide range of model years.
The P number is a deep blue like the deep sea, and in terms of model year, it is also available in other serial numbers such as P, Z, and M, making it a popular dial.
Incidentally, the early models of the blue Submariner "Ref. 16613" up until around the S number also have dials that look purple.
This dial also comes in a variety of shades of purple, with some more intense and others more subtle, making it popular with people who like this style.
It's interesting that the same blue Sub/Ref. 16613 has three different dials : pale blue , deep sea blue , and purple blue!
Currently, Commit has two colors in stock: pale blue and deep sea blue .
