The 3rd generation GMT-Master combination model "Ref.16753"

This is a super cool model produced from around 1980 to 1988.

This model (brown gold x brown) is called Root Beer overseas.
Despite the name, it's not beer, but a popular non-alcoholic spiced carbonated drink in America, and the can's coloring seems to be similar.

Solid gold and combination models were equipped with nipple index dials until the mid-1980s.

While there are brown and black dial colors, this latest arrival features a brown nipple dial.

By the way, the Ref.1675/3 Root Beer has an applied 18K gold crown mark, whereas the Ref.16753 Root Beer has a printed crown mark.

The Ref.1675/3 also has a matte dial (excluding some late production dials), while the Ref.16753 has a glossy dial.

This Root Beer has a lovely face, with an aged brown-gold bezel and a brown dial that blend together exquisitely.

It's interesting how even with the same brown dial, the individual pieces have variations in color due to the degree of aging.

This particular piece has an absolutely stunning and unique brown gradation!

How about it?! This exquisite color!

This piece boasts a deep, beautiful brown dial and aged nipple indexes that perfectly match, creating an exceptional atmosphere.

The dial condition is also relatively good.

The lume is all tritium.

The tritium lume has an even burn, and the hands have aged nicely, making it look very cool!

If you look closely, the second hand has a dot at the tip!!

This second hand is truly captivating. It's quite rare to come across a Ref.16753 with a dot-tipped second hand.

The case and bracelet show wear commensurate with their age, but there are no major scratches, and the overall condition of the piece is good!

In particular, behold the condition of the middle case!

The case is thick and very solid!

The lug lines are also sharp and well-defined!

This sharp mid-case is so cool!

Clasp code is "H2"

The Jubilee bracelet has some stretch, but considering its age, the condition is quite good!

Wrist shot!!
It has a great face!!
Please enjoy the beautiful brown dial with its shading!

Vintage GMT-Master "Ref.16753/Root Beer/Dot-tipped second hand"
This is a superb piece with a solid case and a tasteful brown dial that is simply irresistible!
A great piece with such wonderful aging and atmosphere should be acquired while it's available!
The Root Beer, especially a good individual piece, has been attracting increasing attention recently.
If you are looking for one, please consider it.
