SOLD OUT!!
"Ref. 14270" manufactured from E to P (around 1991 to 2000)
The latest arrival is the early model "Blackout" manufactured around 1991.
This is a rare model that was only available in very limited quantities in the early production runs of the all-tritium, single buckle "Ref. 14270".
"Blackout"
It has been confirmed in the early batches "E" and "X" of "Ref.14270".
A dial with black lines (left) on the 3, 6, and 9 indexes instead of white.
The crown logo and dial markings come in two types: silver letters and white letters.
This time we are introducing the silver letter dial.
It's been a while since we've had the blackout Ref.14270 in stock,
This model is still really cool.
This is a comparison photo with the W number of Ref. 14270 (right).
Compared to the model on the right,
Can you see the difference in the index specifications and letter colors?
Silver Letters x Blackout
It is a Ref. 14270, but it feels like a completely different watch.
The atmosphere changes.
Here's a comparison shot of two blackouts.
Incidentally, both serial numbers are the classic Blackout serial number E81.
Even though they have the same blacked-out silver letters, if you look closely you'll see there are differences, so be sure to check them out!
Yes! The thickness of the silver letters is completely different!
This time we have thick-painted silver letters (above)
I guess tastes are divided, but I personally prefer the more impressive, thickly painted letters.
From what I've seen so far, it seems like thick-coated paint is less common.
There are so many different Silver Letter fonts, it's fun!!
The one in the middle looks like a thickly painted letter at first glance,
It's a little thinner than the thick paint at the bottom (lol)
This is the charm of Rolex.
In addition to the crown mark and logo,
All models, from the Minute Line to the T-SWISS-T<25, have silver letters.
And this particular watch has a popular dot tip second hand!!
The dots on the tips of the thickly painted letters are amazing!
The dial is in excellent condition with no noticeable signs of wear!
The needle is also in good condition even when viewed with a magnifying glass.
The condition is good, there are scratches on the case and bracelet,
Since it is a semi-vintage model, the atmosphere is not compromised in any way.
The middle case is polished,
There is no excessive finishing!
The edge lines are also well-defined, making for a very impressive case!
The buckle clasp code is "P6" and the era matches perfectly!
The single bracelet is a little wrinkled but still sturdy!
The accessories that come with this product are amazing!!
Box (with ref seal), warranty card, warranty claim card (copy), international service warranty card (May 2005),
Chronometer certificate, instruction manual, how to use Oyster special watch,
Serial tag, chronometer tag, EX booklet (91), Oyster booklet (91),
Calendar (90-91), pass case, passport case (deteriorated),
Comes with extra frames (full frames)!
What do you think?! This is the content! I can't believe I even have a copy of the warranty claim card.
It's rare to find a Blackout with such a wide range of accessories!!
With all these accessories included, the box with the reflector sticker is an essential feature!
The domestic list price at the time was 360,000 yen.
Those were good times.
Wrist shot!!
Thickly painted silver letters with blacked-out and dotted tips!!
It's super cool!!
The extremely rare 5-digit Explorer early model "Blackout"
The thickly painted silver letters and the second hand have a dot at the tip, and the parts are well-matched.
This is a rare item that we highly recommend!! We rarely get a complete Blackout with all these accessories in stock, even in our store !!
This is a must-have model right now, so don't miss out!
If you are looking for a blackout silver lettering, please consider this product.
