The first Daytona "Ref. 6239" with a stainless steel tachymeter bezel appeared in 1963. The model we are introducing here is a very rare model with early characteristics!
The 12 o'clock side features a small "DAYTONA" logo.
Among the many dial variations of the Ref. 6239,
The dial is rare and matches the age of this particular piece.

The three-line notation of "ROLEX COSMOGRAPH DAYTONA"
It is a low letter dial that is positioned slightly towards the center.
Furthermore, the hour hand is thin and long, and is one of the earliest long hands.
It will be an attractive individual.
The dial condition is slightly deteriorated due to aging,
It is in fairly good condition for a model manufactured in 1964.
The index luminous material is in excellent condition with almost no chipping.
The tritium markings at the 6 o'clock position are also a unique feature of the early models.
The bezel is known as the "300 Taki" bezel, which can measure speeds up to 300 km/h.
