STAFF COMMENTS
Masa-san, Thank you very much for visiting our store and purchasing from us. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude for appearing on YouTube's popular program, "The History of My Beloved Cameras."
Our relationship began when he saw the GMT-Master II "Ref. 16760" that we introduced on YouTube LIVE and contacted us by phone. He had just returned from overseas, so we were surprised and touched by his initiative in seeing the LIVE broadcast and contacting us immediately. For a few days, we were secretly worried that it might sell (laughs). But, as expected, he is "Masa, the GMT-Master fan"! When he came to our store to see the actual watch and made an immediate decision, the phrase "The man loved by the GMT-Master" naturally came to mind.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to your continued support.

The time we spent talking was very pleasant, and it even energized me. He told me that he has been fond of watches since he was a child, and that he has repeatedly disassembled and reassembled them, and I could see his deep love and interest for watches, which made me very happy as a fellow watch lover.

STAFF COMMENTS
Thank you very much to Toy Poodle Tamajiro for your purchase and for appearing on our YouTube "Watch Enthusiast Series."
He is a valued customer and I have become very close with him, and we have many enjoyable conversations, not only about watches but also in our private time. He has a bright and friendly personality, and spending time with him always lifts my spirits.
On the day, he arrived at the store in a stylish yukata kimono and hat. The style suited him perfectly and matched perfectly with the Daytona Ref. 16520 he chose.
In fact, he had originally planned to look at the GMT-Master, but when I told him that "even better GMTs are coming in," and suggested, "What I would like to recommend at this time is the Ref. 16520," he immediately decided, "Okay, let's go with that!" and I was touched by his deep trust.
I am also delighted that you have added the original Ref. 16520 to your collection, which already includes several Daytonas. I look forward to working with you on your plan to next acquire a 1977 GMT-Master Ref. 1675, which is your birth year.
All of our staff are also touched by the friendly interactions between Mr. and his wife, who always accompanies him. The couple's fashion sense and warm atmosphere are truly wonderful. Thank you very much for visiting us and purchasing this time. We hope to continue our long-term relationship with you. Next, let's search together for a "birthyear GMT that will last a lifetime!"
