The Royal Oak Chronograph, part of Audemars Piguet's sports collection, was designed by Gerald Genta, a genius designer who also brought to the world the well-known Patek Philippe Nautilus.

The movement is equipped with "Cal. 4401" with enhanced flyback function, and the 50th anniversary rotor can be viewed from the see-through back. This model was released in 2022, the 50th anniversary of the birth of the Royal Oak.

The "AP" logo at the 12 o'clock position on the dial has been removed, and the subdials are now in the same color scheme. The model has been improved from the previous model with chamfered case edges and new link designs that accentuate the bracelet.
