Product Background

The Audemars Piguet "Royal Oak Chronograph," part of their sports collection, was designed by Gerald Genta, a man often referred to as a genius designer, who also created Patek Philippe's famous "Nautilus."

Model features

The movement is equipped with the enhanced Calibre 4401 with a flyback function, and the 50th-anniversary rotor can be admired through the sapphire caseback. This model was released in 2022 to mark the 50th anniversary of the Royal Oak.

Product design

The "AP" logo at the 12 o'clock position on the dial has been removed, and the subdials are now color-coordinated. Improvements have been made from previous models, including chamfered case edges and a new bracelet link design that highlights the overall aesthetic.
