Model features

The Ref.18248 is equipped with Rolex's in-house movement "Cal.3155", which allows quick change of the date and day of the week and time adjustment. It also has a function called hack function that stops the second hand when the crown is pulled out.

Product Background

When it was released in 1956, it was the world's first wristwatch to display the date and the day of the week in full. ,It is Rolex's highest-end model, available only in rare materials such as gold and platinum. ,The bracelet that comes with it is called the "President Bracelet" after it was given to the then US President Eisenhower.
