Although there are scratches consistent with its age, the case is thick and has sharp edges, making it a good example. The attractive, glossy dial is in excellent condition, and the luminous indexes have burnished deeply. There are cracks in the luminous hands, but this example features a rare dot-tipped second hand. If you are looking for a Ref. 16550 with a pumpkin dial that exudes style, this is a watch worth considering. It has also been overhauled at our affiliated workshop.

This is a higher-end model of the Explorer, developed from a model for explorers to a model for cave explorers. It places emphasis on durability and functionality, and is equipped with a date function, a crown guard, and a distinctive 24-hour hand.

The 24-hour hand now has a GMT function, allowing you to know two time zones. The movement has evolved from "Cal.1570" to "Cal.3085", which allows the hour hand to move independently.

The stainless steel case, white dial, and red GMT hand make for high visibility and a design that can be worn in any situation.
