Although there are some scratches and scuffs due to use, the case is thick and sturdy, making for an overall impressive watch. The dial has some minor signs of aging, but is in excellent condition and the luminous finish is in good condition. This is a rare example with a dot-tipped second hand. This is a highly recommended Explorer with a high-year R serial number and rare features.
