A Note from the Appraiser

There are scratches and scuffs from use, but the case is solid and hasn't been excessively refinished. The dial is a highly rare Paul Newman dial, and although there is some age-related deterioration, it still makes a good impression, and the luminous paint is all tritium. Although some parts have been replaced, this is a rare model that is not often seen in the domestic market, so if you are looking for one, please consider it.

The Ref. 6241 is the original Daytona, which appeared around 1967 and featured a plastic tachymeter bezel. The push buttons it has are non-screw-down and are called non-Oyster.
