The Nautilus, a model designed by Gerald Genta and born in 1976, is a symbol of sporty elegance and features an octagonal bezel with a porthole motif.

This is the Nautilus Ref. 3800/1A with a 38mm case, which was manufactured from around 1982 to 2005.
The 38mm size is neither too big nor too small, and is said to fit comfortably on Japanese wrists!

The dial is the most popular "blue dial", which has a three-dimensional horizontal embossing that makes it an elegant and beautiful dial no matter how many times you look at it.
*As far as I know, the stainless steel dial variations include blue (including 11P diamonds), white, black (Roman), ivory with 11P diamonds, and slate gray (Arabic).

The date is a later type with black letters on a white background. *The early type had white letters on a black background.

The caliber is a minor change to the ultra-thin automatic movement "330SC" with 21,600 vibrations.
*Changed from 335SC (28,800 vibrations) to 330SC (21,600 vibrations).
The case is about 8mm thick, which is very thin and comfortable to wear.

This item is in very good condition and highly recommended!

There are some small scratches from use, but the bracelet is not wrinkled and is in good condition.
*The hands have been changed to Luminova, but they do not look out of place with the tritium luminous indexes and the overall look is not affected.
