Yes! Following on from yesterday , we will be introducing the hand-wound Daytona!
The third generation hand-wound Daytona "Ref. 6263" manufactured from around 1969 to around 1988
This is the final model of the hand-wound Daytona, and is equipped with the caliber "Cal. 727" which vibrates at 21,600 vibrations per hour.
The pusher is screw-locked, making this model highly waterproof.
This particular example has a blank dial with no Daytona notation above the 12-hour counter.
The Big Red is cool, but in recent reviews, the early dials without the Daytona notation have also been attracting attention, making them rare dials that are not widely available.
Like the row letter dial introduced yesterday, another feature of early dials is the "σ" sigma notation at the 6 o'clock position.
*The σ mark indicates that gold or other precious metals are used on the dial.
The bezel is an inverted Z "MK1" bezel.
This is a rare bezel with markings and lettering located right up to the inside.
This bezel alone is also traded at a high price.
The pusher is a replacement pusher "MK3" with a grooved cylinder.
The bracelet is a different flash fit, but it comes with a 7205 rivet bracelet.
The “belly buckle” with a crown sticking out is also quite interesting.
The condition is good, there are scratches from use overall, but no major scratches.
*Please feel free to contact us for details.
Although there are some areas where the luminous material is slightly lacking, the dial is in excellent condition!
The accessories included are a later box.
Wrist shot!!
The 37mm hand-wound Daytona has a great vintage feel!
It has a unique feel that only an early model can have and is really cool!
Rare Ref.6263/black dial, no markings on the dial!!
This is an attractive and recommended product with excellent dial condition.
