The Day-Date is Rolex's highest-end model, available only in gold and platinum.
This is the "Ref. 18238A" model, which is the first to allow for change of the day of the week in addition to displaying the date.

Compared to the thick kamaboko case of the previous model, Ref. 18038, the case has been changed to a more stylish one.

This model also has the retro feel that is unique to five-digit models, and is a model that allows you to enjoy a classic design.

When it comes to the condition of the old Day-Date, second-hand items tend to vary greatly from one to the other.

The impression I get is that the ones circulating are ones that seem to have been used frequently.

However, this product is in excellent condition and highly recommended!

The President bracelet, which is prone to wrinkling, is in good condition with almost no wrinkling.

The fluted bezel, a classic bezel for dress models, has sharp edges, making this a very impressive piece.

No scratches were found on the glass.
*There is some fading on the dial, but it is not enough to detract from the appearance.
