Today we have 4 Rolex Explorer IIs!!
We had four white dial Explorer II/Ref. 16570s in our store, so we took the opportunity to take some photos to compare them!
The model years are, from left to right, N, N, W, and T.
All the luminous material is tritium.
All buckles are single buckles.
First, let's look at the logo at the 12 o'clock position.
From the top they are N, N, W, and T.
At first glance, the dials look the same, but when you compare them like this, you can see that there are some differences, such as the font of the “II” on the EXPLORER II.
The second (N) and fourth (T) from the top have a long E in the “E” of EXPLORER II.
interesting.
Next, I looked at the dot index.
Here too, the numbers are N, N, W, and T from top to bottom.
What is noteworthy here is that only the bottom T number has a thick black border on the dot index.
The index now looks more three-dimensional, which was a small discovery for me personally.
If the black border is thick, the index will look a little smaller, giving it a different look.
This is a photo of the Ref. 16570, which I briefly introduced on my blog previously .
The one on the left is S number and the one on the right is G number.
The black edges of the index on the G series are thinner, which makes the dot index appear larger.
There are so many different dial specifications.

Although there are some cracks in the luminous hour hand, this watch has a beautiful lemon yellow burn.
It is not in perfect condition, but the exterior has been finished at our affiliated workshop, so it is a nice used item.
There is a very small scratch on the outer edge of the glass that can be caught with a fingernail.

The exterior has been finished at our affiliated workshop, so this is a beautiful used item.
The case lug shape is relatively sharp.
