#317 ~ Rare white tag attached! Rolex Sea-Dweller 4000 with mirror buckle

Today we have a rare item, the Sea-Dweller 4000.

The Sea-Dweller 4000/Ref. 116600 was produced for only three years, from 2014 to 2017.
It was a short-lived model, and was discontinued, leading to a reevaluation of the model.

When it comes to Sea-Dweller, many people probably prefer this design without a Cyclops lens.

The ceramic bezel with minute markings up to 60 minutes is also very cool.

This model also comes with two types of buckle plate finishes: mirror and matte.

The latest arrival is the mirror-finished type, which is seeing a rise in price.

The basic sports model seems to have had a mirror-finished buckle since the latter half of 2015, but this Seed 4000 is an irregular model that had a random mix of matte and mirror finishes until the very end.

The Ref. 116600 (right) looks a little smaller than the current Submariner (left).
The published size is the same, 40mm.

When you compare them like this, you can see that the lug widths are completely different.
This makes it look small.

The current Submariner is a bit too big...
