What's interesting about tritium dials is that each one is different.
Both the hands and indexes on this particular watch have turned a slight ivory color, giving it a full semi-vintage feel. The second hand has a dot tip, which was present until the early 1990s.
This second hand is a big plus! The tritium dial and single buckle give it an even more vintage feel.
Double buckles were more popular in the past.
I feel that single buckles are more popular these days. There are some small scratches on the bezel and glass edge lines, but considering that it was manufactured around 1991, I think it is in pretty good condition.
