A vintage Datejust "Ref.1601/8"
This is a solid yellow gold vintage Datejust, manufactured between the 1960s and 1970s!
The biggest highlight of this piece is, without a doubt, the dial!! It is a rare "Lapis Lazuli dial," where the vibrant blue unique to the natural stone really catches the eye!!

The combination with the yellow gold case is absolutely superb; the contrast between the vibrant blue and gold is truly beautiful!!
A Lapis Lazuli dial on a four-digit Datejust is a very rare stone dial that you seldom come across!

Lapis Lazuli is known as "Ruri" in Japanese and is one of the world's oldest power stones, believed to bring the greatest of luck!
Characterized by a deep, vivid blue, it is a historic natural stone that has long been used in jewelry.

Lately, there seems to be an increasing appreciation and demand for stone dials, led by onyx.
Among them, the Lapis Lazuli dial is exceptionally scarce and is a popular dial sought by many!
In any case, this dial... the color depth of the blue is so mesmerizing that I find myself lost in it!!
The shades and unique patterns inherent to the natural stone are truly beautiful, giving it a mysterious expression!

The white and gold specks visible within the vibrant blue are also beautiful!
Of course, since it is a natural stone, no two dials are the same! It is a masterpiece that appeals to the heart of any enthusiast, as every single one is one-of-a-kind.
The gold lettering standing out against the lapis blue is irresistible!! Combined with the unique expression of the natural stone, it creates an outstanding atmosphere!!

The dial condition is exceptionally good, and it remains in a clean state with no visible cracks or the like!!
Since the stone structure is also in very beautiful condition, I would love for you to see it in person!

While there are signs of use, the case and bracelet are in solid, impressive condition.

As you can see, the middle case is in great condition without any excessive polishing.

The lugs are also thick and firm!
※The crystal has been replaced with a dome crystal. The original crystal with the cyclops lens is also included.

A rare "Japan Bracelet" is attached to the President bracelet! It adds a great vibe and a true sense of vintage character!

The luxurious decoration on the inside of the buckle is another signature feature of the Japan bracelet!

The bracelet is in good condition with only slight sagging!!

I could gaze at this vibrant lapis blue forever!

Wrist shot!!
It is truly a beautiful dial with a remarkable aura!
A piece that evokes a sense of romance!!
