The Daytona "Ref. 16520" equipped with El Primero was produced from the R to P series. It is a very popular model with an attractive retro atmosphere that cannot be found in current models.
The product you have purchased this time is the U number, which is said to be the final tritium.

The dial is an "MK6" that matches the era. Compared to the MK5, the five-row markings are positioned slightly higher, and it also features a tritium dial.

This MK6 dial is in exceptionally good condition, and although it is difficult to tell from the photo, it is a beautiful brown dial with some slight fading on the sub-dial.

Here is a comparison shot with the MK1 dial.
It may be hard to tell by itself, but when you compare them you can clearly see the difference in color!
Some people may not be familiar with the U-numbered brown dial, but this particular watch has discoloured to a relatively solid and even brown colour.
